Stephanie's responsibilities include; company policy development, customer and community relations, and short sale negotiations. Additionally, Stephanie developed and oversees Acuity Group’s broad based print and online marketing strategies that promote Acuity Group’s properties for sale and rent.

Sara Hill has been in the Real Estate industry since 1998. Starting as a Realtor’s Assistant, she attained a firm knowledge of the real estate business from the ground up. This has guided her through the years and continues to be the foundation of her real estate expertise.
Sara joined Acuity Group in 2010 and began working in property management in 2011. She manages the real estate office and handles all accounting for the rental business. Kelly Henchen is a licensed Realtor and Property Manager who brings valuable experience and knowledge to Acuity. Since joining the company in 2011, Kelly has been in the real estate market every day and has attained a comprehensive knowledge of our local market. She owns her own rental property, providing her the first-hand experience of being a landlord. Additionally, Kelly worked for years in government housing which laid the strong foundation for her work in the private sector. Cliff Rowe became a licensed Realtor in 1980 while living in Duluth, MN and working for an HVAC company. At that time, he bought two properties for rental investment and that experience launched his real estate career.
In 1989, Cliff bought his farm in Nowthen, MN and married his wife, Amy. Here they raised their four children and built their business. Cliff continues to work in real estate, purchase investment properties, and run Berry Hill HVAC. Due to Cliff’s strong construction and mechanical background, he has been able to help many investor buyers make informed decisions when purchasing rental or resale properties. He is extremely valuable to buyers looking for a “fixer-upper”, as he lends his expertise to the cost of necessary repairs and/or improvements.
At Berry Hill Farm, Cliff and his family take pride in working together raising strawberries and pumpkins. With Amy and their children, they have made a wonderful place for people to come and pick berries in the summer and pumpkins in the fall, while enjoying a day full of activities on the farm. They also have a barn available for weddings and parties throughout the year!
Cliff is most proud of his family, who will soon all be moved out, leaving the couple as empty nesters. Our guess, though, is that their farm will always be a wonderful place they share with family and friends.

Lynne joins Acuity Group with 20 years of mortgage experience. Starting as a part-time Receptionist while in high school, Lynne worked her way up to her last position as Operations Manager. She enjoyed meeting new clients, collecting and organizing documents, thinking outside the box for unique borrowers or properties, and teaching others what she had learned.
In 2006, Lynne’s husband received a promotion which relocated their family from Utah to Elk River. She gave up her career in the mortgage industry and became a stay at home mom for the next 10 years. She loved being able to take her children to and from school, volunteer in and out of the classroom, attend school programs and be “on call” for whatever the days would bring. As her children are now older and more independent, Lynne decided it was time to return to the work force. She is excited about her position as Leasing Assistant, meeting new people, and being challenged in the rental and real estate industry.
Lynne and her husband, Mike, married in 2000, have two sons and a daughter, and are proud to call Elk River their home. Lynne enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and yellow lab named Dakotah. When not at work, Lynne loves to read, travel and make people smile!
Kristi has lived in the NW Metro area the majority of her life and currently resides in St Francis with her husband and their two children.
She started her business career with Copper Sales in 1988 as a receptionist, moved into the billing/computer department and then proceeded to their purchasing/inventory division. After leaving Copper Sales, she held various office and administrative positions, which allowed her to learn all aspects of business relations.
