1.) The buyers are more serious. The “tire kickers” come out in the warmer months.  In the winter months, buyers look at real estate when they need to move.

2.) Due to the current low inventory of homes for sale, buyers are now forced to shop year round.

3.)  There’s less competition.  The majority of home sellers believe their chances of selling go down in the fall and winter, so they take their homes off the market and don't even try.  Inventory starts to decline even further in the fall.  Fewer listings on the market put you in a position to capture your buyer!
